O’s Notes: Katriona Taylor returned to the studio after a 12-year hiatus to produce Blind Passion, her 5th album. She was blessed with two children and Sun survived two bouts with breast cancer during the interim. This is a good blend of vocals and music led by Taylor soaring with saxophonist Vasilis Xenopoulos matching the mood as exemplified on “In The Name of Love”. Bassist Dave Jones adds cool solos on “My Cherie Amour” and “Things have Changed”. Other notable tunes are “Makes Me Wanna Stay” and “Light My Fire”.
