O’s Notes: Get ready to salsa on this Latino explosion of fresh Caribbean rhythms from Dominican singer/songwriter Pavel Núñez and Latin jazz pianist, composer Pavel Polanco-Safadit. There’s a good pulse on “Sincero” and a taste of reggae on “El Pendejo”. There are also ballads like “Tu Eres La Flor” and “El Amor” featuring vocalists Leah Crane and Núñez. It’s a quick 23-minute set but there’s a lot to enjoy.
