O’s Notes: This solo effort from Andreas Willers (g, banjo, electronics) is packed with spontaneity. He includes various delay and looping tools to create sound effects and depth. Listening to Andreas’ music, you might think he is a major contributor to the scores of horror and suspense movies. The core of the program is “Eight Nocturnes”, a series of 1-2 minute themes that include a wealth of sound effects that could have also been titled ‘Deep Thoughts of A Crazy Man’. “Flux Density” is the best of the lot.
