O’s Notes: Drummer Stanton Moore leads a trio that sounds a lot larger. His cohorts are guitarist Will Bernard and Robert Walter on the B3 and keyboards. Moore’s funky drumming and the Walter’s work on the B3 for “Maple Leaf”, then Bernard’s British vibe on “Wissions” defines the path for these eleven originals. They have a funky British rock thing going on! Some songs are funkier while others have more rock but the overall effect is a cohesive cool feel. They even throw is a slight dose of reggae on “Super Strength”. These guys are feeling it. Our favorite is “Thanks!”
