O’s Notes: This is about 15 minutes of Miles fused into 2007. It opens with an outtake of “Freddie Freeloader” recorded in 1959 with Kelly, Coltrane, Cobb, Chambers and Cannonball. This followed by four remixes. “Freedom Jazz Dance” features NAS and Carlos Santana plays guitar on “It’s About That Time”. The last two are from 1970 and 1972 including Corea, Hancock, Jarrett, McLaughlin in their early stages. This CD gives us a peek at what Davis might be doing if he were here today and shows his creative genius ahead of his time.
