O’s Notes: Husband and wife, Melanie and Sal are a fabulous musical pair. Sal’s notes on trumpet are bold and rich while Melanie’s voice is liquid and flowing around the Latin/Samba beats. They play a dozen popular songs with fresh arrangements, tunes like “Moanin”, “A Night In Tunisia” and the title track. They don’t hold back emotions and spirit, energizing the listener throughout the set.
