O’s Notes: Frank is a classic Chicago-bred crooner with all of the right vocal cues to spark romance. He is backed by a strong quintet. Lamphere wrote all of the tunes and produced the set. There are only five tunes but as stated on the cover notes: they are new, cool and they swing!
