O’s Notes: This is hey-day (late 1930’s) swing: jovial, jumpin’ and perfect for dancing. In addition to John’s large ensemble, Becky Kilgore adds soft vocals to half of the sixteen songs. This, the third album from the Dream Band is well done and a nice addition for a swing collection.
