O’s Notes: Guitarist Dave Stryker Goes To The Movies with a wealth of guest artists and a string orchestra. Sara Caswell is the lead violinist on “In Your Eyes” & “Low Key Lightly”, saxophonist Greg Ward leads “Taxi Driver” and is joined by trumpeter Mark Buselli soloing on “Flirtbird”. We also enjoyed “Theme From Shaft”, and the laid back “Moonglow” featuring trombonist Jim Pugh. Styker is present on all of these with excellent guitar work.
