O’s Notes: Lisa Hilton is a jazz pianist that continues to impress us. Horizons is her latest release and again she surrounds herself with world-class musicians. J.D. Allen (sax), Sean Jones (t), Gregg August (b) and Rudy Royston (d) make this session pop! The music flows with a happy spirit through the entire 12-song set. “The Sky and The Ocean” and “Lazy Moon” are examples of the harmony between the musicians.
