O’s Notes: Guitarist Jeff Richman teams up with bassist/producer Jimmy Haslip, drummer Vinny Colaiuta and George Whitty on keyboards to make HotWire, a collection of fresh rock-fusion. They catch fire on the second cut “Seven Up” and maintain the heat on “Chloe” with Richman lighting it up on“”Oh Yeah? the only song not composed by Jeff. It is a good all around effort.
