O’s Notes: I Don’t Mind Missing You is a series of romantic ballads, more pop than jazz. All of the songs were written, arranged and produced by J. Frederick Millea. There are nine selections in a vinyl length 40 minutes. Nice work by Sam Hirsch on piano throughout the set and with John Hatton on bass on the seductive “Hold Me”.
