O’s Notes: Lou plays sax and Chris plays bass. Don Stein (p), Payton Crossley (d), Warren Smith (vibes) and Leopoldo Fleming (perc) round out the band, a solid unit that engage as support and soloists throughout the set. They play mostly standards arranged to suit the band and a couple of White’s originals. Caputo and White have performed many times together since the late 1960s. Their friendship and collaboration exudes warmth that makes Interface rich with character.
