O’s Notes: Brooklyn based Moon Hooch is a trio consisting of drummer/percussionist James Muschler with Mike Wilbur and Wenzl McGowen on horns. This is a free download follow-up to the widely acclaimed Red Sky project. The sax attack is almost manic on “Joggle” after which they announce that this is all intentional! So buckle up for this super high intensity jam session. There is no off switch though there are a few breathers on a few tracks like “Ballad”. This is spontaneity at its best!
