O’s Notes: Red tickles the ivories and George plays bass injecting a little percussion along the way. This duo sounds a lot larger than just two people! It’s a live session recorded in July of 1992. Both musicians have an abundance of talent and animate the solos making them lively and vibrant. We could visualize the performance even from our living room. They play six standards of which we liked “Stella By Starlight” and “Autumn Leaves” best but there are no losers. Enjoy it.
