O’s Notes: Peggy Judy is introduced as the first ex-wife of vocalist Kevin Kennard and then she alerts us that she is also the ex-wife of music director and pianist Ron Snyder. Actually she is a fictional character played by the star female vocalist Molly Brandenburg. Needless to say the lyrics are rather humorous. The performance takes the form of a stage show. It is a live set at Hollywood’s M Bar. They even make classics like “Route 66” take on their characterizations. Among the best songs are “Solitary Man”, “Endless Love” a duet with Kennard and “On Broadway”. It is unusual and very entertaining.
