O’s Notes: Los Angeles native Lorraina Marro has had a wonderful career singing in and around California. Her 3rd CD Love is For All Time (released July 2021) includes support from Bobby Rodriguez (t) and Rickey Woodard (t-sax). As the title suggests, the program is centered on romance. Grant Geissman does a wonderful job on guitar notably on “I’m Not Alone”. Marro also includes a couple of Spanish songs in memory of her mother Lillian Guevara and close friend Rachel Mosquera.
