O’s Notes: Loving You is the debut album for New York-based vocalist Kieran Brown. The primary accomplishment includes Tyler Henderson (p), Joey Ranieri (b), Joe Peri (d), and Aaron Matson (g) along with a wealth of promising young guest artists. Kieran has a delightful voice that is complemented by strings on “Emily”, fine instrumentation on the title track – a duet with Nathan Farrell, “Hallelujah, I Love Him So”, and “Alfie”. The program is mostly standards but includes two originals, notably “Little Bits of Magic”.
