O’s Notes: Eric Vaughn Plays piano and performs in several different trio and quartets for Minor Relocation. The program is a combination of original compositions by Vaughn and a few standards. Bob Kenmotso does a fine does on tenor sax playing the melodies on each of the standards notably the swinging covers of “Alone Together” and “On Green Dolphin Street”. We also liked “Jackpot Blues”, Tune for Trane and “Stella By Starlight, Take 2”. This is a good combination of old and new songs.
