O’s Notes: New Origin is collaboration between bassist Joe Fonda, clarinetist Christophe Roche and drummer Harvey Soren. They perform individual and collective originals along with a cover of Ornette Coleman’s “Broken Shadows”. We enjoyed the peaceful nature of “Berceuse” and the playful spirit of “African Roll Mops” in a session that has a wide collection of eclectic moods.
