O’s Notes: Guitarist John Basile leads an organ trio with Pat Bianchi (organ) and Carmen Intorre (d). Kevin Winard plays percussion on half of the tunes as well. These guys start out cooking on “S’ Bout Time” and keep it going through eleven selections. There are cool covers of “Stop Look Listen” and “Unit Seven” with Bianchi working the B3 hard. Our favorites were “Sideshow”, the mysterious “Summer Night” and “Perugia”, one of two of Basile’s originals. This is a fine guitar/organ set that kept us patting out feet!
