O’s Notes: Tiffany has a voice that is packed with inflections, a taste of church and heartfelt emotions. She sings in front of a New Orleans style quartet with arranger/producer Howard Wiley (sax, vocals), Glen Pearson (p)(Ron Belcher (b) and Sly Randolph (d). While these are mostly Hoagy Carmichael standards, Tiffany makes them all her own with Wiley’s very unique arrangements. It is truly Nothing But Soul.
