O’s Notes: Ricardo Silveira plays guitar and leads an organ trio with Vanessa Rodrigues (organ) and Rafael Barata (d). This is a two-disc set that is packed with cool, swinging and Latin jazz. Ricardo is cooking on “Memphis Underground” with a luscious mix from the rhythm section behind him, a fine example of the sixteen selections. The second CD is a live set with different selections! Five originals from Silveira or Rodrigues are included along with varied tempo to maintain the listener’s interest.
