O’s Notes: Sérgio Galvão plays sax and composed six of the eight selections on Phantom Fish. He incites a stellar team to join him. Claudio Roditi (flugelhorn) joins him on the title track. Leo Genovese makes hay on “Amphybious” playing piano on the first four songs with Aruán Ortiz finishing up the set. Amanda Ruzza (b) injects punchy accents into “Mandruzza” with drummer Mauricio Zottarelli anchoring the bottom. Galvão rides the wave of his support making this an energetic but relaxing set.
