O’s Notes: Guitarist Thom Rotella follows his sizzling Side Hustle with another winner Right Time Left. The band expands to a core quartet with Wil Blades (organ), Lenny Castro (perc), and Charles Ruggiero (d). There are many guest artists as well. We liked “In The Garden”, “Benny Thanks” with Ernie Watts (t-sax), Jeremy Pelt (t), & Nick Mancini (vibes), and “Shimmer” featuring Tierney Sutton (vocals), Pelt, Bill Cantos (Rhodes), Mancini, Trey Henry (b), & Tom Ranier (b-cl). We also enjoyed the retro covers of “How Sweet It Is” and “Willow Weep For Me”
