O’s Notes: These are blues-based jazz tunes with a country swagger featuring two legendary guitarists/vocalist, Taj Mahal, and Keb’ Mo’. They combine entertaining stories with passionate guitar solos for Room On The Porch. They open with “Better Than Ever” featuring vocalist Wend Moten followed by the title track with guest vocalist Ruby Amanfu. “She Keeps Me Movin’”, “Give You Back Your Soul”, and “Rough Times Blues” are some of the bests of the rest. Their 2017 release garnered a Grammy. There’s still fuel in the tank!
