O’s Notes: This is cool bop and it doesn’t take long for the boys to start cooking. “All The Things You Are” is a hot number with drummer Mark Ferber and Joe Bagg on the B3 keeping the pace tepid and the feeling right as Wilson makes his Gibson Byrdland sing. They swing on “You’re The Top” and groove on “Sea Blues” two more of the highlights. As we listened, we found our head bobbing a continuous smile popping up. This is a good one in many aspects.
