O’s Notes: Juliet Ewing is a celebrated cabaret and jazz vocalist with lots of class. She focuses on the music of George Gershwin for Simply ’S Wonderful. These are great songs, celebrated by many, arranged by producer Ted Firth (p) and Ron Drotos (p) for Ewing in 2025. The rest of the band is David Finck (b) and Mark McLean (d). “Slap That Bass”, “Summertime”, “Love Is Here To Stay” and the title track are among the best.
