O’s Notes: Kris is a rising smooth jazz star from Ft. Wayne Indiana. He has over 25 years of experience behind Sincerely Yours, his third release as a leader. In addition to playing a melodic sax, he adds some vocals, guitar and keyboards on each of the tracks. Cindy Bradley plays flugelhorn on “Up Front” and Gabriala Anders provides vocals for “Your Love Is”, two of the highlights. Brownlee did a fine job composing the music and maintains a steady, funky groove that will keep contemporary jazz fans engaged.
