O’s Notes: Gary sings easy listening pop ballads. His style is laid back, relaxed and smooth. The album cover photo says a thousand words but listen before you classify this as country western or comedy. Gary puts a bossa nova spin on “”How Insensitive” and “So Nice”. The arrangement of “All or Nothing At All” really swings as does “Learnin’ The Blues” and he is crooning on “The “Best Is Yet To Come”. Fields shows versatility and prowess that surprised us. Don’t judge a book by its cover. This man has potential!
