O’s Notes: Michy composed and sings eight funky Mideastern/Indian songs. It combines Mano’s Moroccan pop with Norwegian electronica from DJ Bugge Wesseltoft. The music has a cool club sound using sax, tabla, sentir, guitars, bass and percussive instrumentation. It is an unusual combination of genres. Though we couldn’t understand all of the French lyrics, tracks like “Jelllement Gardo Que Je Suis Gypsy” got us in a dance groove!
