O’s Notes: This is the second volume of a live concert focusing on the works of Fats Waller. Ralph loved the stride style and happy music of Waller so he’s an excellent musician to perform the dedication. The concert was recorded in October 1999 in Germany. The first concert volume released as Sweet Sue. Unfortunately, Ralph never heard this release (Volume Two) as he died in December 2001. But this performance is great, swinging and well appreciated by the audience.
