O’s Notes: Bassist, composer and producer Bruno Råberg shares billing with saxophonist Allan Chase and drummer, percussionist Austin McMahon for The Prospector. Each of the musicians contribute compositions in the ten-song set. We liked the vibe on “Isometric Rotation” and the title track before they relax the pace for “Lockleigh”, a great mix of tempo on the first three songs. They also include two collective improvisations to round out a good session.
