O’s Notes: Kevin Kastning has a large collection of non-standard, multi-stringed guitars. On The WNYC Sessions he plays a 17-string hybrid classical guitar with fellow guitarist Mark Wingfield. This is the fifth recording from the duo, and their familiarity is apparent. Both musicians push the envelope with their innovative compositions.
