O’s Notes: Canadian pianist/trumpeter, composer Brad Turner forms a trio with Darren Radtke (b) and Bernie Arai (d) for his latest release It’s All So. Brad focuses on his piano for this set of eight tunes including seven originals. Percussionist Jack Duncan joins them for several of the tracks adding a calypso feel to tunes like “Mr. Charles” and “Wondertramp”, two standouts. We also liked “Glory Days” and the title track.
