O’s Notes: Clarinetist Andy Biskin leads a trio with Dave Ballou (t) and Drew Gress (b). They are a talented crew. The music is bouncy and almost symphonic on “Paging Mr. Yes” which typified the set. Our favorite tune was the Latin based “Night Shade”. It’s a different kind of music that will appeal to a certain audience and to them it will be delightful.
