O’s Notes: Ron plays the Hammond B3 and he injects a large dose of funky soul into the opener, ”Organ Colossus”. He also makes his organ plead on “Love Retoined”. These are fine examples of what Ron is all about. He is the writer, producer and plays all of the keyboards. He gets help from “Sax” Gordon, Melvin Sparks (g) and Karl Denson (sax, fl) among others.
