O’s Notes: Vocalist Kristina Koller pays homage to Bert Bacharach performing ten of his compositions on Walk On By. The arrangements by Koller and bassist James Robbins are fresh and creative without losing the feeling of the originals. Fima Chupakhin plays keyboards, and Cory Cox plays drums to round out the quartet. Rosemary Minkler joins Kristina for a duet on “That’s What Friends Are For”. Other standouts are “A House Is Not A Home” and “I’ll Never Fall In Love Again”.
