O’s Notes: This is saxophonist Shawn Constantino’s debut as a leader and he shares the stage with a good team including Andrew Synowiec (g) David Hughes (b), Jens Kuross (d) and Lincoln Cleary (keyboards). They all make solid contributions notably on the title track. Shawn blends five originals with three fresh arrangements. The mood takes many directions and there is much to appreciate. We enjoyed the cover of “Don’t Let Me Be Lonely” and “Bailout”, a burner written by Synowiec.
