O’s Notes: Mujician was free jazz fusion quartet featuring Keith Tippett (p), Tony Levin (d), Paul Dunmall (sax) and Paul Rogers (b). 10 10 10 was the date of this live studio recording at the University of Bristol in the UK. It would be the last recording for the band culminating 22 years as Levin passed 2/3/11 and we lost Tippett 6/14/20. The Paul’s remain and celebrate the release of this music on Cuneiform, a fine example of their work, two extended improvisations.
