O’s Notes: This trio is Jeff Reilly (d), Bryan Lopes (sax) and leader Neal Fountain (b). They have a lot of creative interplay with elements of bebop, funk, rock and free jazz. It’s a cool jam session and they take off in many directions spontaneously. The best track is the hidden finalé. It comes ~20 seconds after track 4. If you can flow with them, you’ll appreciate it.
