O’s Notes: Matt Berman plays sax and sings leading his progressive rock band, The City Limits, through seven mostly original tracks. He mixes tempos well with cool ballads like the title track. Their groove has a country pop twang that matches Berman’s vocals. They get funky on “Change” and wrap up the set with the rousing blues of “Bring It On Home To Me “.
