O’s Notes: Bandleader Rafal Sarnecki plays guitar, produced and composed all of the music for Cat’s Dream, a jazz-fusion set that sparked a lot of fire. Bogna Kici ska blends with Sarnecki throughout the set and does well with the lyrics on “Sueño De Gatos”. “Name Day Song” is a showcase for Sarnecki and one of the best selections. This is fresh invigorating new contemporary jazz.
