O’s Notes: Tenor saxophonist and producer Scott Marshall leads the Jazztice League with guitarist Mike Rud, pianist David Restivo, bassist Dave Young and Nick Fraser on drums. They swing hard on “The Jazztice League” and also shine on ”Sunday Afternoon Blues”, “The Anthropocene” and the title track. The“Dream Logic Project combines modern jazz with some cool, contemporary jazz-fusion resulting in a performance that should appeal to many jazz fans. We enjoyed it.
