O’s Notes: There is something magical about good harmonious singing and The New York Voices capture that spirit here. A few of the gems: Kim Nazarian leading “In The Wee Small Hours Of the Morning”, the bouncing spirit with Darmon Meader scatting for “On A Clear Day”, and “Noticing The Moment” with Jay Ashby on trombone. “Don’t You Worry ‘Bout A Thing” and “Stoned Soul Picnic” are a couple of contemporary classics that are refreshed and sure to rekindle memories. We enjoyed listening on multiple occasions.
