O’s Notes: Rebecca Jade is a seasoned singer, songwriter that has toured with Sheila E, Dave Koz and Elton John! She sings in front of a primary band with co-producer Carnell Harrell (p), Kyle Bolden (g) Raymond McKinley (b) and Charles Streeter Sr. (d). Dave Koz (sax) makes an appearance on “My Reason” and Eric Darius (sax) shines on “Bottle Up Magic”. There’s an old-school R&B groove notably on “Please Come Home”. We liked the message and the vibe on “Thankful” as well as the funky “Insane”. The general theme is romance and Rebecca delivers a compelling performance!
