O’s Notes: Indian, American guitarist and composer Noshir Mody assembles a fine team to perform An Idealist’s Handbook, an inspiration for hope in 2020. Kate Victor adds vocals on “Illusions Grow” and “Rise”, the latter with a folk bent. There are also relaxing instrumental ballads like “Sketching Ol’ Splitfoot” and the soft fusion of “Radha”. The music is convincing and sets the stage for a return for a loving America.
