O’s Notes: This is 1940’s premium, swinging jazz. The arrangements were written by Flethcher Henderson for Benny Goodman’s Band. They were never recorded until now. Wilber plays carinet and leads the French Tuxedo Big Band. The music is tight and captures the spirit of the times. All of the nuances are there and very well recorded.
