O’s Notes: Katona sings a biographical set of tunes for Another Kind of Light. The music was written for her by songwriters/friends who capture elements of her life to date. It is full of experiences that many can relate to with a jovial spirit and elements of humor. Her style has elements of pop, country and cabaret. We enjoyed “Good Thing He Can’t Read my Mind”, “Putting Things Away” and “Ordinary Miracles”. Each struck a chord with us.
