O’s Notes: Israeli bassist Arnon Palty excited several of his New York friends with some of his new compositions. The enthusiasm turned in to rich collaborations and shared writing leading to the recording of Arty Facts. Guitarist Dan Adler is cooking on numerous occasions and contributes two original to the mix. Pianist Lewis Porter adds three compositions and harmonica virtuoso Yvonnick Prené adds one. Italian drummer Marcello Pellitteri keeps the pace from end to end. We suggest you take a seat and listen to this swinging session.
